Cécile Auvieux is a lawyer specialized in technology, innovation, and intellectual property law. She regularly assists clients on privacy and data protection matters, including cross-border data transfers, data governance frameworks, and the implementation of compliance programs. She has developed particular expertise in the restructuring of data flows in challenging commercial contexts, and following corporate reorganisations, mergers, or carve-outs.
Cécile advises on the full range of technology regulations, including AI, cybersecurity, connected products, data protection and e-commerce. She is also experienced in licensing and technology transfer transactions, often acting as an intermediary between public and private entities. She has significant experience in strategic contractual negotiations.
After building her expertise at international law firms, Cécile founded Aliada in 2022.
Louise Chanez assists clients on data protection and regulatory compliance, as well as the implementation of innovative digital projects. She has a strong expertise in intellectual property law, acting both in the negotiation and drafting of agreements and in representing clients in disputes.
